With a degree in Arts, Entertainment & Media Management, I spent over a decade consulting prominent advertising and PR agencies. For years, I was their go-to for all things multicultural—their diversity, equity and inclusion touchstone. In time, it only made sense to build my own agency to offer these services and more. Enter: Concrete Runway, my media and talent relations agency.

“Dana is an energetic, highly responsible and smart production professional. She was my go-to person for all our productions. Dana’s organizational and administrative skills in budget maintenance, generating status reports, handling petty cash, contact list building and adhering to tight (sometimes impossible) schedules are all part of her ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Her knowledge of freelance and union/non-union labor rates, vendor pricing and production services make her a strong and resourceful negotiator, and someone I could count on to come in at or under budget. She also has a direct and professional ability to resolve disagreements without escalating to conflict.  Dana’s passion for the creative process keeps her engaged with the artists, and she relates to the creative staff well because her attitude is inspirational. Most production staff views the creative as a ‘product’ whereas Dana treats it like an art form, without ever forgetting that it is a business.”
